LeaseWeb Mandatory Server Migration

 

Вчера, получил печальное письмо от Дата Центра, о миграции серверов c Netdirekt, в письме говорится: Что сервера Netdirekt уже не в состоянии удовлетворить ожидания клиентов в отношении стандартов качества и надежности. Просят перейти на другой сервер от LeaseWeb, до 31 декабря 2012 года. В качестве компенсации дают возможность, два месяца бесплатного использования любого заменённого сервера, заказанного до 15 ноября 2012 г.

 

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

We would like to inform you of a server migration that will affect certain customers previously with Netdirekt.

As a reminder, in December 2010 we had an opportunity to welcome Netdirekt to the LeaseWeb family, effectively introducing a wide variety of industry-leading products & services to legacy Netdirekt customers.

In an ongoing effort to standardize our entire infrastructure to the exacting specifications of today's hosting demands, we have decided to retire operations on Netdirekt's legacy servers. This decision was not taken lightly, particularly given our hesitation to disrupt customer services, but we feel it is necessary in order to maintain a world-class infrastructre. Quite simply, going forward, the legacy Netdirekt servers are no longer able to meet customer expectations in terms of quality standards and reliability.

The reason why we are reaching out to you today is that you have legacy Netdirekt server(s) currently in use. We would like to respectfully request that you migrate to another server before December 31, 2012.

We realize that this is an inconvenience and, in an effort to mitigate this, we would like to extend a more competitive pricing structure to you as well as offer the following incentives:
Two free months usage of any replacement server ordered before November 15, 2012
One free month usage of any replacement server ordered before December 15, 2012

Please note, when you have completed your migration, you must submit an official cancellation of your original services through the customer portal. This will help us to avoid any reclaim or billing complications.
